The Old Town Inn in Florence, Oregon, offers a charming stay near Historic Old Town Florence, surrounded by quaint shops and galleries. With easy access to world-class outdoor activities like sandboarding, hiking, and horseback riding, it's a perfect base for adventure seekers like me. the hotel's proximity to the Sea Lion Caves and the Siuslaw River Bridge adds a touch of history and natural wonder to the experience. the room, though basic, was comfortable with amenities like a fridge and microwave, perfect for road tripping with my partner. the friendly staff and the cozy bathroom with a fantastic shower head added a homely touch to our Christmas getaway. Exploring the area was a treat, from the nearby Oregon Dunes to the Siuslaw Pioneer Museum, offering a glimpse into the region's rich history. Dining at Nosh Eatery for a locally inspired meal and visiting LoveJoy's Restaurant & Tea Room for an English tearoom experience were definite highlights. the hotel's commitment to sustainability, like the elimination of plastic toiletries, resonated with my eco-conscious values. Overall, the Old Town Inn provided a pleasant stay with its mix of comfort, convenience, and proximity to both nature and local attractions. I look forward to returning and discovering more of what this beautiful coastal region has to offer with my fellow travel enthusiasts.
